I am excited to present to you my crochet elephant pattern for the next member in the “Miniscul” series. Most crocheted elephants have their trunk down. But according to feng shui only an elephant with its trunk up brings good luck to the home it enters. There aren’t many like that and that’s why I decided to invent my own.
Unlike my crochet Lion Gooseberry pattern (Masterclass), this is really just a pattern. It is intended for more experienced crocheters, or those who have already completed a my Lion from the Miniscul series.
“Minisculs” were originally created as animals for a merry-go-round above a child’s bed. That is main reason why they are so amazingly tiny. But they are also just for children’s hands and do not take up much space in the room and this crochet elephant pattern is one of them.
